BUSINESS CHALLENGE

  • The product only offered limited customization with only a few pre-sets for Data visualization.
  • The limitations in the customization of data visualization
    and dashboard configuration were holding back
    a great product.
  • Their Operations Team spent a lot of time configuring
    the hierarchical XML files that decided what information
    has to be captured from the network and how it has to
    be analysed.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

  • We were new to the domain.
    The client approached us through a reference
    but we were new to the domain.
  • Our client was new to out-sourcing.
    Our client was a pioneer with 15 years
    of expertise, but with no outsourcing experience.
  • The product itself was the business.
    The core analytical engine was highly sensitive,
    proprietary software. But since most of the features
    were to be built around their core product it had
    to be a collaborative effort between the two teams.

Solution

  • A solution to help the end user to configure, design
    and visualize the network analytics data with minimal
    support from the client’s operations team. This was to
     be accomplished by a customizable dashboard which
    integrated data from different data sources.

  • The modernized product has significantly increased
    the capabilities of what was already a great product.
     The radical improvements in data processing and data
    visualization offered new analytical perspectives for
    their clients with an easy- to-configure, user-friendly
